Portal messages are for non-urgent, logistical matters only and are not a replacement for appointments Call 911 or go to the ER for urgent or emergent symptoms.

Between visits, use the portal only for scheduling or administrative questions. If new medical issues come up, it’s really important that we address them in a visit rather than through messaging, so we can give them the attention they deserve.

All patients MUST be seen in person at least ONCE YEARLY and periodic visits are required for prescription refills. Refill requests must come directly from the patient. If you want to use your insurance for compounded medications, you will need to provide us with a compounding pharmacy that accepts insurance payments.

Check carefully the time zone of your appointment. You can set your own local time zone in the portal under 'My Account Details'.

Disability paperwork will not be completed at or following the first visit and consideration of such forms is at the discretion of Dr. Bluestein.
